Chaya Sokol is the founder and CEO of NutraSourceRD. Being a Registered Dietitian herself and working in multiple healthcare facilities, she knew there was a need for qualified dietitians as well as managerial expertise. Nearly 10 years ago, she decided to start NutraSourceRD, and now the company has grown exponentially. Chaya works around the clock to make sure her clients are happy. Caitlin O’Neill is a Registered Dietitian, she has her Master’s of Science in Nutrition from the College of Saint Elizabeth and Bachelor’s of Science in Nutritional Science from Rutger’s University. Prior to becoming our Vice President of Operations with NutraSourceRD, Caitlin was a clinical dietitian practicing in subacute and long term care facilities. Caitlin excels in training and mentoring NutraSourceRD dietitians and building lasting relationships with facility staff in each of our accounts.
Elizabeth Stampone, Director of Human Resources at NutraSourceRD, is an accomplished professional with over 11 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Elizabeth is responsible for implementing human resource management strategies that assist NutraSourceRD with employee relations and retaining a high performing and motivated workforce. Elizabeth specializes in developing and implementing onboarding, recruiting, interviewing, benefits management and employee relations policies and procedures.
Emily Witman has joined the NutraSourceRD Corporate team in 2018 to provide administrative support. She has a Bachelors of Communication Studies degree from Stockton University. Emily is excited to be a part of the NutraSourceRD team in supporting our dietitians and corporate accounts.

Rosemarie Fenchel is the Dietetic Internship (DI) Director for our NutraSourceDI program. As a seasoned clinical nutrition manager, with over 25 years of experience in the long-term care industry managing diet offices, providing oversight to food service departments, and as a preceptor to many dietetic interns over the years, she is well-equipped to lead the next generation of dietitians in this position. Her dedication to training interns has led her to obtain her Master of Public Administration to qualify her to effectively and passionately direct our program. Upon meeting her, you will easily see why she will assist every intern in successfully completing the NutraSourceDI program.
Alaina is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s of Science in Clinical Nutrition from the University at Buffalo. Having years of experience managing employees, Alaina is there to ensure a pleasurable experience for both our facilities and our dietitians. Having been a published researcher, she is able to bridge the gap between recent research and our clinical expertise at NutraSourceRD. Carolyn Ramondo obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University. Carolyn has extensive experience working the Long Term Care population. Carolyn has demonstrated an ongoing passion for providing exceptional patient care. Carolyn specializes in nutrition support achieving an advanced credential as a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician from the National Board. Carolyn is dedicated to teaching, inspiring, and supporting the dietitians and clients of Nutrasource RD.
Devin Roen completed her Master’s of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University in tandem with the Coordinated Clinical Dietetic internship at the Bronx VAMC. She works alongside our Nutrasource Regional Dietitians to oversee our many facilities in the Bronx and Queens. With specialized experience in food service management, acute care, and long term care she is dedicated to integrating clinical expertise with practical culinary application to provide impeccable patient care for the facilities we serve.
Jennifer provides clinical support to registered dietitians in sub-acute and long-term care settings in her role as Assistant Regional Dietitian for the Pennsylvania and South Jersey Region. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and a Certificate in Business Essentials from the University Delaware. She underwent a vigorous dietetic internship program with exposure to foodservice, community and clinical nutrition. She brings with her years of foodservice, community and clinical experience. Her underlying passion for the field of nutrition and dietetics is consistently demonstrated through her day to day interactions with residents and interdisciplinary professionals.
Julie McQueen graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Master’s of Science in the field of Community Nutrition where she also completed her dietetic internship, achieving the title of Outstanding Dietetic Student o the Year DI Program from the Kentucky Dietetic Association. She has specialized experience in the areas of clinical nutrition, including acute and ICU level care, food service management and is a great addition to our team!
Gitty Stern is the Directing RD at NutraSourcePC. She has always been passionate about nutrition, fitness and mental health and has realized that by becoming an RD she would have a chance to help people in ways that she always wanted to. NutraSourcePC is here to help people lose weight, gain weight, identify food sensitivities, and improve overall nutrition through custom meal plans and counseling.
