NutraSourceDI is a distance (remote) dietetic internship program inviting all eligible dietetic students nationwide to apply. As an intern in our program, you will have the convenience and flexibility of completing your internship in your local area while achieving your eligibility status to take the Commission on Dietetic Registrations (CDR) credentialing exam for Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDN).
Chaya Sokol is the founder and CEO of NutraSourceRD. Chaya has her Bachelor’s in Nutrition from Brooklyn College and Completed her dietetic internship with the North Shore Long Island Jewish Hospital Health Care System. Being a Registered Dietitian working in multiple healthcare facilities, Chaya saw a need for qualified well-trained Registered Dietitians within the healthcare industry. NutraSourceRD was created to fill that need and its rapid growth and success is testament the quality and caliber of service provided by the company. Expanding the company to the encompass NutraSourceDI (Dietetic Internship) and NutraSourceFS (Food Service) enables NutraSourceRD to be involved in educating the next generation of Registered Dietitians and providing food service consulting to healthcare facilities. Chaya treats each client as if they are her only client and is dedicated to growing the company by reputation, dedication and exemplary customer service.
Caitlin O’Neill is our Vice President of Operations at NutraSourceRD. She graduated from Rutgers University with her bachelor's degree in Dietetics, completed her Dietetic Internship and earned her master's degree at the College of Saint Elizabeth in Morristown, NJ. Caitlin is a Registered Dietitian and started her career in long term care which is where her love for this field started. She started with NutraSourceRD as a per diem RD before jumping into a Regional position, being promoted to Chief Regional RD and now Vice President of Operations. Caitlin excels in training and mentoring NutraSourceRD dietitians and building lasting relationships with facility staff in each of our accounts.
